Coaching services are an important resource for you as you develop your business strategy. Personal coaching can help speed you on your way to building a home business or a network marketing team.

I offer my services as a network marketing and/or business coach on three levels.

Renegade University and Marketing Merge Professional

Renegade University is a network marketing training program for people new to online marketing, affiliate marketing and the attraction marketing business model.

At the free level, members have access to introductory tutorials on what attraction marketing is and how to implement it.

As your University guide, I am there to help direct you to the materials available and answer questions you may have as you get started. I offer a free introductory call, as well as answers by email to your questions as they arise.

University students often choose to upgrade to the Marketing Merge Professional level. There is a $1 trial period of 7 days and I can help you to make the most of those seven days by guiding you to the tutorials best suited to your current ability level and business needs.

I will continue to be available to you as your guide at the professional level via email and the occasional phone call. This can be especially important if you are feeling overwhelmed by the many possible directions to take in order to market your business.

One on One Coaching at Marketing Merge

This is a by the hour coaching program through Marketing Merge for members who desire focused, individual coaching on a specific topic.

I am a team coach at Renegade University/Marketing Merge. As you go through the materials at the professional level, you may find you are ready for one-on-one coaching.

The advantage to getting this kind of coaching through Marketing Merge is that it will cost far less than it would to hire one-on-one coaching other places.

We encourage our professionals to wait until they have worked through a good portion of the program before opting in to personal coaching. We want you to get the most for your money. When you already have the basics down, you can use your individual coaching time to zero in on a particular area of your marketing.

Of course, it may be you never have need for this program and get along just fine with the support you are already receiving from me and from the general training - it's good, quality stuff, after all!

Barbara Silva Consulting LLC

In addition to my coaching through Renegade University and Marketing Merge, I offer a more intensive one on one coaching program through Barbara Silva Consulting LLC.

These coaching packages are for those wishing to make a personal commitment to their business and feel they would benefit by having the personal guidance and motivation needed to move them toward their business goals.

Being accountable on a weekly basis is a great way to keep you on track and to avoid being overwhelmed by the rush of materials coming your way. Working out the business strategy best for you, identifying areas for skill development, uncovering issues which may be holding you back in your progress, outlining your implementation steps and creating a laser focus for what you need to achieve each week can save you months of time.

This option is only open to a handful of clients, so I do not have to compromise the attention I can give to each individual. You can choose a three month or six month package. It will take around 90 days for you to see real results.

We will meet on a weekly basis, but with this program, I am available to you on an unlimited basis. If you need more sessions, they will be provided at no extra cost.

You don't need this kind of coaching if you are completely self reliant, always meet your deadlines, know exactly where you are going and how you are going to get there.

You do need this kind of coaching if you feel something is holding you back, you tend to get off track, are trying to grow your business in too many directions at once, or have trouble formulating your long term goals, not to mention the short term ones!

A good coach will see in you more potential than you see in yourself and will help you bring that potential out where everyone else can see it as well.

This program involves both a financial and a time commitment on your part.

I never felt so much at ease sharing my struggles

I have known Barbara for almost a year now and what has impressed me about her is that she is an amazing communicator. I think her teaching career has had a lot to do with this. Another strength that Barbara has, and this is really what attracted me the most to her, is that she is great at connecting with people.
